RIX GH offers a full range of ground handling services for private flights including general aviation, business and VIP flights.
We can manage your flight permits, coordinate and supervise third party services (e.g. refueling, deicing, catering, etc.). We’ll also take care for arranging services outside the airport (e.g., hotels, transfers), as well as help you to resolve any customs and immigration issues.
Should your flight guests require personal, discreet and tailor-made passenger service, they are invited to relax at our exclusive VIP centre. Our VIP centre has become the benchmark for VIP services throughout Europe – responsive and discreet employees, elegant waiting lounges, limousine service from and to VIP centre from your aircraft. All you need to do is to request the VIP service, we’ll do the rest!
- Service hours
Our dedicated turnaround coordinators for general, business and VIP aviation work 24/7 to take care of the arrival and departure of your flight. We will serve your flight anytime, however we would appreciate if you notify us about the flight in good time – at least 24 hours before the planned departure or arrival.
- Mobility ramp for business aviation
For business and VIP flight passengers with special mobility needs we offer a special mobility ramp. It is ideally suited for occasions when a passenger needs to board or disembark from business aviation aircraft in a wheelchair. This mobility ramp is specially built for business aviation requirements, and can be used for smaller aircraft which cannot accommodate the usual PRM ambulift.
- Other services
At your request, RIX GH will organise any technical support for your aircraft, as well as provide any services you require for the convenience of your passengers or flight crew:
- flight plan approval;
- refueling (we accept almost all aviation fuel cards as well as major credit cards);
- hotels and transfers for both passengers and flight crews;
- delivery of food and beverages to the aircraft (including from any restaurant in the city);
- and many more services depending on your requirements.
Please note that any payments can only be made by a bank transfer in advance or major credit cards upon departure. Unfortunately, cash payments are not accepted.
